The Constitution of the United States of America is NOT a "remote technicality". The sworn oath 'To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic'........that actually means what it says.
However, as most of us here know, he's only PARTLY correct about this:

That would only help to establish weather or not he is even a citizen (i.e. NOT NBC).
Barry has 2 eligibility problems:
1) No proof he was born in the U.S.
and, more importantly but more difficult for the majority of folks to wrap their heads around is:
2) Barry's father was a foreign national & Barry himself was born with foreign citizenship.
There is no evidence anywhere in our country's history that would 'imply' anyone born with foreign citizenship and who's father was a foreign national would be considered NBC of the U.S.

Obama's mother didn't give birth to him at 19 (14 + 5). Therefore, Obama could not obtain U.S. citizenship based only by virtue his mother's citizenship.
Note that the law only pertains to 'Citizenship', and not 'Natural Born' Citizen. There is a difference.

Don’t get me wrong... I don’t wish to cast aspersions, nor do I wish to be too critical. My point is that there has to be a logical explanation for his avoidance of this issue. NOT A SINGLE SERIOUS SEGMENT on it. He has devoted entire shows to issues less prominent and important than this one. Lets also not forget how quickly Hannity dropped the ball on this one when he started to run with it... like a 500 ton weight in his hands.

Agree! And they need to subpoena the original birth certificate to prove whether Obama is a natural born citizen or not. They need to subpoena the COLB to prove if felony forgery of a government document was committed. This all might explain whether Obama’s advertised Selective Service registration form is a forgery or not. Obama may not even be a citizen at all.
There is much more to this. Arnold Schwarzenneger or Henry Kissinger could have run for President along the way. No doubstandard favoring the Democrats can be allowed- the Constitution must be enforced.

It sound like he’s saying his father was interviewed after he was born and before Sr. left to go to Harvard which was in June 1962. If this were actually the case, he wouldn’t have mentioned them because by this time Anne and Jr. were not in his life. They had not lived with him after the birth but were living back in Washington and did not go back to Hawaii until later in 1962 after Sr. had already left.
