Congress has been emasculated by Obama and doesn’t even realize it. These “czars” have sweeping powers derived from no legislation passed by Congress and apparently are off budget. Obama is making Congress subservient to the Executive branch ...these are tactics clearly in violation of the separation of powers in the Constitution and are more like fascism.

That deserves to be said a little louder. Obama has been moving swiftly to progress his extremist ideologies and implement a quiet coup d'etat before Americans realize the implications of the legislation. This is his highest priority. He is egotistical ideologue.
