The Obama Administration has transfered $200 million directly to the Fatah PA in violation of the criteria of the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006.
The Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006 has very specific criteria that the Palestinian Authority must be in compliance with in order to recieve any U.S. funding.
Section 620K contains the following criteria:
The President must certify to Congress that
1) no ministry, agency, or instrumentality of the Palestinian Authority is controlled by a foreign terrorist organization and no member of a foreign terrorist organization serves in a senior policy making position in a ministry, agency, or instrumentality of the Palestinian Authority;
[Members of Al-aqsa Martyrs Brigades terrorist organization openly serve in PA security services.]
(2) the Palestinian Authority has--
`(A) publicly acknowledged Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state;
[Abbas, Fayad, and the PA have publically refused to do this. This alone means the Fatah PA is not eligible to recieve U.S. taxpayer funding.]
[In addition, there is a ton of criteria in the anti-terrorism act that the Fatah run PA is not in compliance with.]

As for following laws, I find it to be one of the greatest jokes, that liberals screamed every five minutes that the Bush administration was breaking laws, yet they are blind to the Obama administration just plain ignoring any and all laws that annoy them.
Want to seize a company? Go right ahead - heck, pick up the phone and threaten executives while you're at it. No reporter will print the story, or if they did, they'll be sure to include Obama’s side...

He’s opening himself for impeachment if the Republicans ever get the majorities. Of course, that’s why he wanted to control the census... We’re so lucky to have an “independent” press. \sarcasm off.
Articles of Impeachment should be drawn up on this, even if we do not have the votes!
