If Hawaii ignores the requests or says we have no standing, then what? Are we to all hire lawyers?
I appreciate the effort you’ve put into this, but we all know that Democrats operate by the rules that they choose to follow and not by the laws on the books.
Please post a follow-up in 10 days and let us know what the result is. I’ll send an email to Okubo but won’t expect anything in response. Unless it’s a visit from some 0bama thugs or an IRS audit.

If they do that, you can refile the request with the Office of information and they will determine if the request is a legitimate one.
And they will have to provide you answers/judgement why it is not legitimate citing law/statute.
It would be tough to invent laws—usually that takes some time (bureaucratic red tape) to change the law to suit their needs.
