Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment
Obama: If they make a mistake, I dont want them punished with a baby.

Thanks, Newt, for supporting Sarah Palin’s sentiments.
Just to get it out of the way:
Newt=”Too much baggage.”

Now, with that canned crtitique dispense with here on the “conservative forum” Free Republic, let’s take a rational moment to agree that Newt (a) has a voice, (b) defended Sarah Palin, (c) went after Rahm Emanual’s nutcase brother, and (d) adds his decades-long personal critique of “government panels”.
Count the number of alleged and self-professed national “conservatives” standing up in the above manner.
Don’t even bother to count the “other Republican leaders,” of which there seem to be perhaps 1 or 2 of the 218 on Capitol Hill.
Come on bloggers!
Lets end this thing!

Thanks, Newt.
George Stephanopoulos really displays his bias in this exchange. As for Newt, his response was great!
First newt jumps on pelosi’s bandwagon and does a global warming commercial, and now he’s jumping on Sarah’s bandwagon.
Go away newt.
Say what you will about baggage but Newt is among the very few truly conservative voices we have. He and a few others ,such as Bill Bennett, are consistently on message and articulate conservative values in a way that anyone can understand. We must encourage these people to speak out not aid in their ridicule by the left.
Newt made the statement that Dr. Emanuel is Obama's "Chief Healthcare Advisor. Georgie's said: "No he's not". That ended that.
What I learned - The Libs do not want to talk about Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. Period
But, does anyone know what Dr. Emanuel's actual position is on the Obama Health Care policy team?
Well done Newt. He’s not perfect, but he is on our side.
Hmmm—I wonder of old Newt is beginning to understand that Sarah Palin will be a conservative force to be reckoned with come 2012. He has not said positive things about her in the past.
Also, I think it’s instructive that he is following her lead not vice versa.
Never was comfortable with Newt. Waving the “Contract with America” around always reminded of the Chicoms waving Maos “Little Red Book” around when they were subjecting people they believed to be “revisionists” to humiliation or worse. I did not like the fact that he left his first wife under the circumstances he did. And I though he caved entirely to fast on the allegations that he committed some kind of election nono or something.
He, Mary Maitlan, Peggy Noonan, Bill Crystal, George Will and a host of others need to go away. They are a losing team. Passe. New conservative blood, people who’re willing to call things what they are and face down the opposition liars, must come to the fore and LEAD.
I’m way too old to take the point. But I would be happy to join the right team.
The tactic is to try and get other republicans to denounce or distance themselves from Palin. Yesterday someone on FOX tried to bait Huckabee into distancing himself from Palin. Last week Pawlenty was baited, but didn’t take the bait. This is so that the dems as well as David Frum can keep saying that Palin is divisive. I’m betting that the dems and Frum (same thing) are pulling their hair out, because the only people they can get to directly attack Palin are Romney people, and they are getting pretty stale.
