Where there are no checks and balances, the way is open for dictatorship. Obama owns the Executive and Legislative Branches. Has he bought the Judicial Branch, too, or are they asleep? SCOTUS needs a lesson from Honduras. When their president wanted another term in violation of their constitution, their SC warned him to desist. When he printed ballots for a referendum on it, the SC ordered the military to arrest and exile him. The leftists: Obama, Chavez, Clinton, Castro and the OAS went nuts, calling it an illegal coup when it was actually a restoration of the rule of law. SCOTUS looked the other way when Obama refused to hand over eligibility documents to Justice Souter. Did he resign to keep from being suicided? When Obama stole the Census, the SCOTUS slept. Ditto nationalizing industries, gave preference to unions and broke contracts, dropped criminal charges for election violations against Black Panthers,etc. etc. He still has 3 and a half years to grant amnesty to illegals, make reparation payments for slavery, and ratify the ICC which allows UN troops to disarm citizens. Does the silence of SCOTUS imply consent? Will he declare martial law before/during the 2010 elections keep power? Many thought Nixon would use the military to preserve his power. Does anyone doubt that Marxist Obama would do that? Sleep on you old folks in black robes, and abandon your reason for existence while your country crumbles around you.

Interesting “drivel”. And thank you for reminding everyone again that Obama=Chavez=Ortega=Castro. People do need to hear this again and again.
And there are 40 plus ‘czars” who are making policy, totally unelected, unaccountable, uncomfirmed. some are avowed COMMIES and all are left wing radicals and Marxists who have no clue about free enterprise and capitalism.
These “czars” are making cabinet level recommendations and directing policy, but have NO authority or credibility.
My belief is these expanded, paid government positions are unConstitutional and definitely dangerous to our Republic.
im not saying it didnt happen, but i have never heard of a refusal to submit to an order from Souter. Do you have any details on that part?

Socialism is a giant dragon. Rather than keep chopping at its tail, we must cut off the head LEGALLY in order to stop all the other mess coming the next three years. You have the right to skip what you don’t want to read.
