WASHINGTON — AUG 21, 2009 — The federal cash for clunkers Web site for dealers crashed for part of the afternoon because of the government’s efforts to increase online capacity during the final days of the program, a Transportation Department spokeswoman said.
At 8:00 PM ET, the website was restored for most dealers. However, some dealers have been reporting sporadic outages.

Imagine what the ObamaCare website is going to be like. That sucker will be crashed 24/7 365.
How much of the money was spent for cars vs administration. You know that Axelrod’s firm handled the web site for Cash for Clunkers.

You can bet that the administration costs will three times the cost of the car purchase and then wait for the disposal costs. I bet we never hear the true dollars. Perhaps even 10 billion.

Maybe the should have hired Axelrod’s company to do the work? Oh that’s right the are busy working the Flag at healthcare emails for a fee. Axelrod gets 2,000,000 paid to him while in the Whitehouse and hires his old firm to do a 26,000,000 media campaign.
