I don’t want to pop everyone’s buble here, but the two different forms were used for different states, some needed the certification, some didn’t.

Both of those forms are for Colorado. If you state this information, post a link to your source and back up what you say.

Hey joe relax have a mojito, this has been discussed on another thread just cant find it right now and I qualified my remarks with if I recall, we are on the same side so take it easy., IIRC California had the certified form also. The forms were made in Dencer then sent to the different states, some with some without cert. Thank You

Pardon my logic, but why have two different signed documents to be sent to the states at all? Seems to be too much work to me. Why not just address the higher requirement, prepare the document, get it signed and then send said document to all 50 states. By that method an entity covers the bases regardless of the lower requirements for some states. Since some states required the constitutional statement, all 50 states should get the same notice containing it.

Maybe that is why the Speaker prepared a document addressing the lower requirements? So the 'O' would be required to provide his own statement and give her an out (an "Oops, I forgot!" moment?)? After all, what is he going to do to her if she "forgot," and now he has to sign a statement that he is constitutionally qualified?

Then when they come to her later she can say, like Sgt Schultz of Stalag 13, "I know nothing, NOTHING!" with a "straight" face. (cough, gag, choking sounds, sound of body hitting the floor)
