This was so stupid on so many levels...Wrong place at the wrong time. The Coast Guard should of foresaw that this training would got blown out of portion if done during a 9-11 Ceremony, to make it worse you have the military unfriendly media watching...

Bush would have been outright skewered if something like this, or that ever so well considered Air Force One flyover of NYC, had happened on his watch.

And then there’s the little detail that nothing like this did happen on Bush’s watch, and he’s somehow supposed to be the dumb one.
