Wow, for the past 220 odd years people thought that the Constitution specifically provided that impeachment by the House of Representatives, and conviction by the Senate, was the only way to remove a President from office. Good thing that none of the Lefty lawyers are as brillant as Orly -- they would have had some Carter or Clinton appointed District Judge remove George W. from office by 5:00 pm Eastern on 20 January 2001.

Ever notice that the attorneys in these Birther cases seem to be either (1) the victims of a mass conspiracy to thwart their righteous lawsuits, or (2) grossly incompetent? Now I certainly think the correct answer is # 2. But tell me, is there a possibility # 3? Can Orly be so utterly unfamilair with litigation, never mind the constitutio, that she really thinks that, even if the Judge ordred Obama to produce a longform birth certificate, which he did not, that the case will have concluded, and Obama removed from office, within 30 days?
Could this be an "Operation Trust" situation. Never heard of the Operation Trust? When the Communists took over Russia, after WWI, they faced considerable internal resistance. Rather than immediately crush every opposition group, or emigre group, the Communists set up the Monarchist Union of Central Russia.
The MUCR became an umbrella group for anti-Communist activists, which allowed the Communists to monitor and control, and when they were strong enough to eliminate, their opponents. Vast sums of money were donated to MUCR, which meant donated to the very Communists the donors were trying to overthrow, and anti-Communist agents were methodically identified, and either killed or turned.
Could Obama's people be that devious? Maybe. Certainly the Birther attorneys are the Washington Generals of the legal profession. Is BO just lucky in that regards, or he making his own luck? Is it all a conspiracy?
I don't think it is a conspiracy. I think that if there was anything remotely approaching a case there, Free Republic's own Congressman Billy Bob would litigating away. He is not, and neither is any other attorney 1/10 as good as a below average, semi-literate, felon filing lawsuits from some maximum security prison.
But if you just have to believe in a conspiracy, this one at least explains (1) why BO would rather keep this going, than release his longform birth certificate, and (2) why the attorneys "suing" him stumble from one fiasco to another.

It would seem to me that we shouldn’t have to produce a birth certificate, and then try to prove it is genuine.
Obama should be requested to produce one that is genuine by the courts.,not us.
I believe a lot of the problem is in finding a judge that is either not in the tank for Zero, or a coward.

If you want to check it out for yourself, print a document, scan it, fold it or even crumple it, spread it out, scan it and then save the image in a variety of formats (especially GIF and JPG) then zoom in on the same locations on the documents. You'll see pretty rapidly that you don't get the same results on different type of scans. Unless a great deal of care is taken, any scanned image is just an approximation of the original image - good enough when viewed normally, but when you zoom in, you'll see a lot of odd artifacts.

As I've said, the reason I know so much about Australian birth certificates is when I was in the Navy I had to sight one before a person could enlist. We also want to see one before somebody enrols in a school here. There have been a couple of cases where, for good reason, someone didn't have a birth certificate and we were able to find enough evidence to deal with that, but it was exceptionally rare and they had to provide a very good reason for the lack of definite id.

There’s more to the story than quickly discrediting your opponents with a real birth certificate.
Wouldn’t put it past him to game the system that way.

I believe that the referenced document is a hospital issued BC from Kenya.
It’s hard to believe that if a genuine birth certificate existed showing Onada to be “native born” it would have been produced long before this.
That said, even The Messiah slides by the issue—eventually—it will be just one more negative he must deal with. The 30-day deadline imposed by the judge is the first time Onada has been under pressure to really do anything. It will be interesting to see how this plays. Particularly given the potential involvement by Pelosi in the birth certificate cover up.
When you add this the ACORN story, the wreck of the “cash for clunkers” program, bad employment numbers in October, Onadacare, unabated foreclosures, the coming failure of many banks and the Tea Parties Onada’s nightmare is practically endless.

So my gut reaction that B-HO was a lying POS that was a front-man for someone or some group, and the Kennedy endorsement was merely for street 'cred in DC, and. that with his communist radical connections, he would govern the same and surround himself with communist/marxist/facist sleaze was merely a lucky guess?
Discovery rights include the Occidental College records. If he was born in Hawaii and he lied on the foreign aid application by stating he was born in Kenya, that is very damaging to him. Occidental records already show he received financial aid that is exclusive to students born in foreign lands. I believe this is why he is fighting so hard to keep all of the records sealed. He’s a lying thief.
