I have only kept up on headlines recently.
Received a gif in email that is almost a video but Lycos used their url for it and it will only save as a .bmp image.

Have tried to upload it to several sites without success. In the short video it shows Obama giving a small bow to Putin!! No question about it!

Did you try ImageMagick or Net Mechanic on the .bmp to .gif conversion yet?

I didn’t know you could do that. When I save anything as a .bmp it is one flat image, not the series of frames that make up a gif. The url is huge too.
