Joe Biden. The favorite son of Scranton, Pennsylvania currently serving in Wilmington, Delaware in the role of Village Idiot - too much competition for that role in Washington, but the President won't let him play in the federal playground, anyway - has snuck out to talk to the press again. And his words are ominous.

Even if Biden was still in the Senate, I think our own Bob Casey Jr. would still beat him out for the title of dumbest member of that body with a penis.
Hell, the rate Casey is going, he's going to pass up Patricia Bin Murray for the honor.
