FCC's Diversity Czar: 'White People' Need to be Forced to 'Step Down' ++

So white people, good though they may be, must "step down so" "more people of color, gays" and "other people" "can have power." And thereby "change the problem" of whites running the show.

So who is "in a position where you have to say who is going to step down so someone else can have power?" Why, Lloyd is.

Lloyd now sits astride the FCC, which regulates and oversees a very finite world indeed. That being the radio dial, and the limited number of broadcast licenses that can be issued.

The Power of a Free People. Race is not the issue, except to the ilk of these cretin who attempt to destroy this great nation.

Isn’t this the 2nd FCC czar? I believe a month or two ago one was announced but I don’t recall it being a Chief Diversity Officer or Diversity Czar. I thought it was more a regulatory czar that more than likely would impose the Fairness Doctrine (yeah who named it the “fairness” doctrine?).

All this administration does is take, and then give to people who never earned what they are receiving. Maybe the non-white people should build, market, and run their own radio stations.

So whites are ok as long as they are gay?

Is a white gay better than a straight black?

Does this even make sense?

In other words, those people don’t have the skills or intelligence to compete on a level playing field??? Major slap down of all blacks, gays, and others.

The pitiful thing here is the broadcasting business is, in the end, driven by ratings, and ratings are a dynamic vote by the public as to what the want to watch and listen to.

Lloyd can attempt to game the system in order to secure his Utopian vision, but in the end, if people don't want to tune in, they won't. Moreover, any attempt to do so will drive the public to media that does cater to them such as satellite and the internet.

AM radio in particular is economically fragile. AM radio is now talk radio and people like Lloyd want to kill half of the talk program-hours being aired. I can see that he would try to force stations to carry less conservative talk hours. But listeners will not stick around for the lawn and garden show that replaced Limbaugh or Levine. It won't take much of a reduction in ratings to drive AM stations into bankruptcy. People who want to listen to Limbaugh will follow him to the internet, and it will be very difficult for Lloyd to control what is broadcast there.

Lloyd's quest proves yet again that the people who claim to only want free speech for everyone are liars.

That is raging racism, no matter the color of the person perpetrating it.

And it is just as ugly when it is practiced by a person of color.

I wonder what the reaction would be if these replacements were, say, Alan Keyes, Thomas Sowell and others. I think it would soon become clear that it was not about race at all, rather about ideology.
