Senator Max Baucus (D-MO), who chairs the Senate Finance Committee, recently asked the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to investigate a mailer sent by the Humana healthcare company to senior citizens that it insures claiming it misled seniors about proposed changes to Medicare. The letter Humana sent to its enrollees regards its concerns about potential cuts in the Medicare Advantage program.

Today (Sepember 24th), Senate Republicans threatened to block Obama’s health care-related appointments if the decision is not reversed. House Republicans further called for a hearing on what they described as a politically motivated “gag order.”

It’s nice to know that the nazis and commies taking over America are no different than the nazis in WWII Germany and the commies in the old Soviet Union. They are up to the same old dirty tricks so we know what to expect and how to counter everything they do.
In some form or the other we are going to get obama care. Because that is one of the things that the traitors elected obama and the Democrats to do.
Once the Democrats get a bill signed into law, they can later fine tune to suit them.

If I was Mr. Humana, and I found that Congress had met and decided to gag me because I had sent a letter to my customers, my first, and probably only thought would be .. "Ya, so?"
If I was Mr big oil, I'd strike a deal with the Alaskans, give them a ton of money, and start drilling.
I would force the gummint to try me, and I would make damned sure the property was protected (returning warriors from the Middle East) and I would flood the community where the trial would be with millions of one page reports/printouts explaining jury nullification.

Baucus’s plan sucks badly, but I will say this. I know of few fans of Humana. They have systemic problems in denying legitimate claims. I know, because I have a friend who works there in the bean counter department who tells me some real nightmare stories. Problem is Obama “solution” is going to be worse with this “mandate” crap.
