Many Veterans were upset at the President for canceling the F-22 fighter without having a back up until the next bomber will be ready. The POTUS promised that it was all part of a new efficient defense budget. And that he would veto any defense bill that was laden with pork. This bill not only has $2.6 billion in pork, but another $4.5 billion in equipment for which the defense dept. didn't ask. Put it all together and that's 3x the cost of the F-22. With all that pork and unnecessary equipment the will the POTUS keep his promise? Of course not:
