He painted about 50% of the country as sadistic killers. Methinks that doesnt exactly help the cause of the “emotionality” of the debate.

The very fact he said Republicans have no plan is an outright lie and pathetic on its face. The republicans have been shutout of any discussion and even amendments have been basically ignored by the dims....

For those who are wondering what the link was, I went to youtube and watched the video (it’s just under 2 minutes in length). It is a video clip of Grayson saying Republicans want people to die - he’s on a talk show where the host asks him to clarify and he gleefully does - refusing to answer the hosts direct question and instead stressing that he feels the Repubs do not want any bill of any description to pass. It next shows a clip of woman who uses her hands to gesture what she means as she speaks but her hand motions are so unusual it’s hard to listen to what she is saying. But I did. She says that Repubs have hijacked the emotionality of the debate and that trying to get a healthcare bill passed is like trying to get a car out of the garage and you just can’t. She said that is partially because Dems are wusses and won’t get into the meat of the issues with the Repubs. She praises Grayson’s statement about Repubs wanting people to die and says it was successful because it is what ‘everyone was thinking’ but no one was saying.

Saying the Republicans have "hijacked" the emotionality of the debate implies that it's somehow supposed to belong to the Democrats.

I'll grant you that "emotionality" isn't a good basis for a debate, but people tend to get emotional when you piss them off.

I don't but I don't speak for the republicans. I speak only for myself.

Grayson and his running dog lackeyess are mentally ill. I don’t want anybody to die. That’s why I am thoroughly opposed to the poisonous POS Obamacare is turning out to be.

"She says that Repubs have hijacked the emotionality of the debate"

Who is she? I'm betting she is an elected representative in NY, IL or CA.

It’s funny how Dems have a super majority and they are blaming the stall on the Republicans who have almost no power at all. Sounds to me like the health care thing is dead and the Dems are looking to leave Republicans holding the bag. Doesn’t sound like too bad of a bag to be carrying. They should wear it like a badge of honor. I’d rather have nothing than that stinking pile the Dems tried to pass.

Found her: “Esther Armah is an award nominated international journalist who has worked in the United Kingdom, the United States and Africa. Her work spans print, radio and television. She is a published author, public speaker, playwright and director of a creative media company.”

That is quoted from her web page- there’s more there:http://aalbc.com/authors/esther_armah.htm
