Whoa! This guy is an intense lecturer. Brilliant, but if I were taking a course under him I would definietely be concerned whether I could keep up with his class.
I took two courses under him. Yes, very intense.

Another key is just to read section 1 of any of the bills.
If all of the bills offered have the same section 1 in them they are a sham...
Section 1 of HR 3200 clearly states that the Health Commissioner (Commisar) will be making ALL decisions about your health care, either private plan (through regulation) or public plan (government run), WITH the input of the Comparative Effectiveness Research Commission (formerly Tom Daschle’s Compatative Effectivness Research Council a private think tank (the death panel promoting health care rationing).
Any language beyond Section 1 of any health care bill beyond that section, is just setting up a the bureaucracy that gives the government HUGE access to mandating your PERSONAL PRIVATE LIFE, even as a parent to your children, see page 189 of HR 3200 giving a gov agency the right to come to your home and check out your parenting skills.
THIS is why the democrats do not want you to have access to whatever bill they finalize. It is a sham, they don’t want you to know it is a sham, and they intend to keep it from you.
Demand access to the bills! Keep hounding your representatives and senators.
On Health care: Anyone remember the time when Medical Ins. was a tax deduction? Almost everyone had health insurance.
In other words: companies are allowed to have a tax deduction on the inventory/equipment it takes for them to make money. Our bodies are a money making machines as well, go back to having a tax deduction for health insurance.
That is not entirely the answer, but would help.

Richard Epstein is the most brilliant person I have ever met. His mind operates at a speed that is unbelievable.
He is amazing! You are so lucky to have studied under him.
If you watch the clip... it will also lead you to his full program which is about 30 minutes. Also on the list is a long lecture on the Morality of End of Life care. I’ll be watching a bit later in the day.
Yes, but I didn't feel that way when I was the guy in class he singled out for 30 minutes of grilling on a case.
He's a very dedicated teacher, though.
