Mexican Layered Salad

Ingredients:

1 head shredded lettuce

1 medium onion, chopped

4 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup Mexican style shredded cheese (Monterey Jack/Cheddar blend)

For my taco salad I layer from the bottom up with...
taco chips
white rice
ground beef with taco seasoning
diced onions
sliced lettuce
sliced tomatoes
cover with melted cheese
sprinkle with pecans

It looks great in a large glass bowl.

Sounds like sewage du jour. A variation on the classic taco salad. Dump the leftovers from the refrigerator into a large bowl, mix in few surprises, make it look like something extracted from a big sink trap and then eat it....
PS: The veggies in Ramen noodle cups also look like something from a sink trap....But at least Ramen is hypersaline.
