Good post, TF...nothing succeeds the only written text that follows the Bible...our US Constitution. No country, no treaty, no Obama-initiated Marxist/Facist/Hitler style backroom deal shall override our country’s MANUAL!!!!

Thanks for the post. I was about to hit the roof; still don't feel good about what will happen in December though. This page “Treaties Do Not Supersede the Constitution”,/i> needs to be widely publicized. I hope Obama knows it too.

Oh they’re going to walk right through that restraining order, or at least attempt to.

This means war, pure and simple.

Looks like you answered my question in post #11.

At least I can sleep well tonight but be on guard tomorrow...

Some good news finally:
No Executive Order, Presidential Directive, Executive Agreement, no NAFTA, GATT/WTO agreement/treaty, passed by ANYONE, can supersede the Constitution. FACT. No question!

That was back when individuals had the intelligence to read and understand the Constitution.

Now, most people do not know how to wipe their butts without the government telling them how.

Don’t believe it?

Ask the first ten people you meet tomorrow what rights are guranteed under the Constitution. Pay close attention to their answers.

This comment has a similar tone to others I have received, to which my response is:

I agree with you on principle. However, there is a flaw in passively relying on the “limitations” built into the executive office. Those limitations really only exist if enforced. Like any law, if there is no one policing to detect and deter violations, it has no meaning. A cursory examination of American history reveals numerous examples of the built-in limitations of government being violently abused or ignored. At the end of the day we are the limitation on the executive. We are the Law. We have to keep this from happening.
