VIDEO: If you happened to miss the O'Reilly Factor the past couple of days, you've got to watch this. It's classic! A fired-up Juan Williams was the guest host of the "O'Reilly Factor" on Fox News, Friday, and began the program discussing Rush Limbaugh's foiled attempt to purchase an interest in the NFL's St. Louis Rams. Joining Juan was former NFL player, pastor, and close personal friend of Rush, Ken Hutcherson, along with radio talk show host, Tammy Bruce.

The left thinks that one’s skin color should dicate their political beliefs. In this case, if a person has black skin, they are supposed to be a socialist. And anyone who has black skin and isn’t a socialist is considered a traitor, uncle tom, ect... and yet it is the left who run around calling everyone racist.

Juan is not dishonest. He is a guy who understands there may be racism in America. He also understands Obama is a dictator and wants nothing to do with it. He deserves some mode of respect.

I am now just watching a re-run of O'Reilly and this post provides me the opportunity to suggest (and solicit opinions) of what I have observed over the past year or so

IHMO, (perhaps from appearing on Fox and having some common sense from the "Right-side" rub off, lol) I have seen a slow but steady transformation of Juan from a fairly liberal (though never a bomb thrower) to at the least a reasoned moderate, moving ever more toward Conservative.

Now with what he is being subjected to for his objectivity in defending Rush, including vicious and scurrilous attacks from the left, I am wondering if he will not move into our camp, sooner rather than later?

Comments?

I go back and forth on Juan. Sometimes he gets it and is fair, other times he clings to the thinnest of arguments, but I do think that he believes the thin part.

Of the three people in that segment, Juan Williams was the most rational.

...”This will get Juan fired from NPR”...

It would be an honor for Juan to leave NPR..He seems to be a man who ultimately would put his personal values above dirty politics. And, his courage is a rare thing..He would be elevated in his profession if they decided to get rid of him. He did a great job on O’Riley last night.

I have been watching Juan with interest for several years. I used to feel sorry for him (sort of) when Brit would "educate" him but lately, more and more, he seems to be "getting it". Curious.

I think Juan Williams is a Liberal and a pretty decent one.

He's not the type to wish death on his Conservative debating opponents. And you won't find many like him.

more and more, he seems to be "getting it".

Maybe it's his son's (a Republican) influence.

I used to really get bent out of shape with Juan's opinions, but more and more I see him being more objective. I may not always agree, but he puts forth rational arguments that he really believes.

You could tell by his body language and his eyes that he was really hurt by the comment that was made to him. It truly shook him. (I'm glad he explained it. I didn't understand what the remark meant and why it upset him.)

Good for Juan. It takes a ton of courage to stand against a mob.

I had not seen him for a year or two, happened up on a program where he was a guest. I saw a big difference! Sometimes it’s easier to see change when you’ve not seen the person for a while.

re: a man who ultimately would put his personal values above dirty politics

Only in today’s world of the MSM would that be considered a liability and a vice.

In virtually ever other walk of life that would be seen as a virtue!

When he used the term, “house negro,” he used the clean version. The common, black community version is, “house n****r,” a totally insulting, racist epithet in the black community.
