There is a great quote buried in this article...which tells a magnificent lesson in civics: “I wish I could just write a check, Obama said. If that was his message, he should have stayed home. He is correct. The rush to save Wall Street and the bankers...was turbo powered. The rush to help the Gulf Coast (including Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama)...was a joke. The visit last week...just part of the same joke.
