Which past presidents have produced such documentation?
No, that ammendment contains very specific dates. It talks about the procedure for counting the electoral votes on Jan 3rd. It says the term begins and ends on Jan 20. Hard dates. All the things it talks about are things that happen on those dates.
Because that makes more sense than Judge Carter writing his own decision that respects the doctrine of standing as championed by Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Scalia.
I think john McCain produced grades, and medical records, Bush, military records , medical records and school records.

Please don't bother me with your stupid questions. He became President-elect when he received a majority in the tabulation of the Electoral College vote. There is nothing that says that the electors must vote for someone who is eligible.

The question should be, what has Judge Carter been up to? It’s been almost two weeks since he started to consider either dismissal or approval to proceed with the California case. What is taking so long?

Not true. You just need some sort of credible case FIRST. If Obama really is a Kenyan (and if he was the Clintonistas would have already unconvered it)then there should be some sort of credible proof of it. No on should be sued on suspicions alone. It is not the American way.
One thing that irritated me about the Reagan years was the way the liberals trashed him. I would not expect him to be their favorite person, but according to them, he was out to destroy America and all kinds of foul stuff. He loved nuclear war and wanted to nuke everybody, etc. etc.etc. Bunch of crap and he ends up putting the nail in the Commie Coffin. Everybody breathes a sigh of relief. Now history may look back on him differently but I think he was a great president and I liked him. Felt safer knowing he was in White House.
Obama, I pretty much do not care for in a political sense. I don’t have the taste of puke in my mouth that I did with Clintons, but as a president, Obama is screwing up pretty big time. I don’t think he is a marxist out to destroy America or a Kenyan spy. He’s just a durn liberal and he will be corralled by his own party. America is strong enough to survive him. Plus, he may do some good if he reins in Wall Street which I doubt now because it looks like he has been bought and paid for by Goldman and JP.
So maybe, as a first step, you should concentrate on restoring the GOP to a viable party status by working on running off the durn libertarians so that the GOP will look like something besides a bunch of 1800’s type knuckle draggers who still haven’t come to grips with social security, minimum wage laws, and medicare, not to mention the complete lack of fiscal responsibility when it comes to regulating Wall Street.

We don’t even know he has spent millions of dollars for sure. The “proof” of that appears to be that his law firm received money. I am not sure we are privy to what they were paid for. Unlikely someone would “know” what goes on between a lawyer and his client.

Judge Carter is working on his ruling so that it will pass scrutiny. He realizes that it is an important ruling. He is taking his time to say the right words because it will have to go before a review where it will be picked apart. I think he realizes what a bomb this Obama is and what he is doing to this country. I think Obama is worried about the ruling. Other lawyers including Donofrio are hanging in there on the certificate case. The Carter ruling could blow this administration apart. I’d hate to be in Obama’s shoes because everything’s coming apart for him.
At they are *asking* for voluntary contributions. The Obama defense team gets their funds from the taxpayers, or borrow them from the Chinese.
Wrong case, wrong attorney.
