Here is a video report on ABC's Jake Tapper confronting White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs on the White House's decision to attack Fox News as not being a real news organization. Tapper asked Gibbs why they were doing that and what gave them the right to do so. Gibbs eventually said, "That's our opinion." Gibbs made the comment in an "off-camera" White House briefing yesterday.
"Its escaped none of our notice that the White House has decided in the last few weeks to declare one of our sister organizations not a news organization and to tell the rest of us not to treat them like a news organization. Can you explain why its appropriate for the White House to decide that a news organization is not one?"
In this report, Bret Baier says Gibbs singled out Hannity and Glenn Beck as "opinion shows." But Baier said the White House confirmed that MSNBC's Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann attended Monday's "off-the-record" briefing with President Obama.
The bottom line is, this White House is determined to punish any news organization or reporter who says or reports anything that does not please The One. . . . (VIDEO)

Even the panel on Morning Joe took the adminstration to
task about going after Fox.
I heard this morning that MOOOOOveon.org is mounting a campaign to tell all democrat politicians NOT to appear on FOX News.
Frankly, I think that would improve the programming.
FOX could just stuff an empty suit and prop it up at the table with a scrolling script of DNC talking points.
Moveon should ask that everyone turn in books written by conservatives for a big bonfire just to complete their image.
excellent
Not Mika, she fully supports what the Administration is doing. She calls Fox Clowns. What a dunce.
The administration will getaway with this until they get greedy..........they will go after some one else and at that moment the media will finally realize, they could be next.
This White House can’t be trusted.
Beck’s show last night with the “lap dog” remark about the other networks, probably will have some of them finally speaking out on the matter. Unless, of course, they want to be labled the President’s lap dogs.
“Clown” would be an apt description of her father.
“The administration will getaway with this until they get greedy”
This Administration is a crowd of left wing dictators that shouldn’t get away with anything.
Exactly.
"First they came for the Jews, but I didn't care because I wasn't Jewish........
Well, ya. They had to meet their gay quota.
“First they came for the communists, and I did not speak outbecause I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak outbecause I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak outbecause I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak outbecause I was not a Jew;
Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.”
Pastor Martin Niemöller (18921984)
about the inactivity of German intellectuals following the Nazi rise to power and the purging of their chosen targets, group after group.
Problem is, today it is the communists, socialists, and trade unionists who are doing the "coming and taking."
I doubt they were ever the victims, but they are certainly the aggressors now.
LOL!
This is clearly the Concubine Media now.
No other description seems to apply.
Some liberals should ask themselves why leading liberals continue to appear on the Sean Hannity show, if it is so bad....
“Becks show last night with the lap dog remark about the other networks, probably will have some of them finally speaking out on the matter.”
You would think that. They have now been set up for abject humiliation and ridicule by Fox, whose numbers will be through the roof.
