Tina Fey, who only recently confessed before David Letterman's national television audience that she didn't have sex until she was 24, is outing herself again: she admires and respects the woman she imitates, Sarah Palin. And is teetering toward voting for Palin should the former Alaska governor run for president in 2012.
"Those who can, do. Those who can't, mock those who can," Fey said.

Err... Fix the title please.
You seem to have forgotten the rude verve with which Fey trashed Palin during the election season.
Dude. Drawing attention to herself is what these celebutards are supposed to do.
Even if she happens to teeter the right way once in a while, she’ll be back to stupid before you know it.
“Those who can, do. Those who can’t, mock those who can,” Fey said.
I like that!!!!
She’s an attention whore. She realizes the money she’ll make playing Palin when her new book comes out.
Every kind of pass on earth (and I mean EVERY KIND) was given to “O” and Palin was attacked because ____________ fill in the blank.
Fey is a w&^%$-no offense to w&^%$&!
I’m calling “Onion” until she appears at a Sarah fundraiser.
Best,
Chris
Anyone who saw the cold shoulder Fey gave Palin when they passed each other on the SNL set knows this is nonsense.
What a bunch of vapid nonsense. There’s five minutes of my life I’ll never get back...
Why do I think Fey has spent most of her life ‘teetering’.
Tina Fey is going to end up as the next Vaughan Meader at this rate.
Such as some in the teaching profession?
I have no idea what Fey actually believes or feels, but these kinds of sentiments are starting to bubble to the top.
Of course she’s going to vote for her in 2012. That’s $$ in her pocket. Doesn’t mean she respects her.
LIAR!!!
If this is SATIRE please label it as such. I want to go out and quote the article but I am afraid to be out on a limb here and end up part of the joke.
Suppose, for one minute, that she may have seen the errors of her ways and is sincere. You wouldn’t want to chase away a possible good convert to the good side. Let her put her money where her mouth is, then fire away when she steps in it.
We could use that hated word “progressive” to change it around to a step by step journey in the conservative direction. We need to use their rules and change them around to fit our needs, they have used them and have been succussful.
I like that she is endorsing Palin think of the idiots that will follow her! Those are Votes! This is where most liberals get there information from celebrities
Palin’s positions are far more important than her looks. But looks don't hurt. It may even be part of the reason why liberals hate her. I have no doubt that if conservatives criticized some good-looking liberal female politician the networks would have psychologists on round the clock to explain the sexism and misogyny behind such attacks. (Are there such liberals out there? I will leave it to others to decide.)
It all starts with the first step. We just happened to take our first steps by voting republican earlier in life - my first was Reagan in 84, I remember being pissed that I wasn’t old enought to vote for him in 80
I think she is just trying to be clever.
It’s called, “Damning with Faint Praise.”
It really looks and feels like satire. I searched Google News and didn’t see anything other than the ChicagoNow blog site reporting this.
What are you talking about?
Spoof, until confirmed by at least one additional source, given subject’s prior (and extensive) history of hateful leftist douchebaggery.

Holly Crap!
RE: #28; concur...?
Another blog posting from this guy:
“The number of Bingo players could grow sharply as the result of the Vatican’s epochal decision today to add another free space to Bingo cards.”
I remember reading something like that too.
Those are my thoughts. The guy who wrote the blog (whom I’ve never heard of) is very tongue in cheek on his bio page. He swims from what may be fact to obvious jokes in the same sentence.
Several thoughts:
1. Article is probably false, and just some guy trolling for web hits.
2. If true, it has more to do with the fact that Fey has realized she needs Palin for her career. If you mentioned Fey prior to her tying herself to Sarah Palin, most people would go “who?” She’s moving back into that category and would love for Sarah to move back into the limelight so she can go on Saturday Night Live and do her impression again.
“Please don’t tell Alec Baldwin,” Fey pleaded. Baldwin is Fey’s co-star on the Emmy award-winning show 30Rock. “He threatened to move to Canada if George Bush got elected. Of course, all he wound up doing was being so frustrated that he wound up yelling at his 11-year-old daughter in that famous phone call. Another crime against humanity Bush is responsible for.”
Sure that comment will go over well next time Fey bumps into that sack of sh@@ on the set.
Um... you are aware that was a scripted skit, right?
The world has become a very strange place when this is considered an appropriate subject for "confession."
Their reaction to each other were not scripted.
And the rest of the saying goes, Those who can, do. Those who can't do, teach. Those who can't teach, set policy.
At least she wasn’t a promiscuous teenager and did not have an abortion before age 24.
So many American women cannot claim that.
I concur, but would like to note that something about this rings true to me, though I can tell the blogger has probably cleaned up the quotes quite a bit.
Of course Tina wants a Palin presidency. Talk about having it made, she would have the gig of a lifetime.
Oh, and before people flame me for saying this might be genuine, keep in mind that I did not watch the SNL sketches on Palin, including the appearance she made on the show. So if y’all are judging this by how Fey did Palin or how she or SNL treated Palin when she was on the show, then you’re probably right because you have more info. But let’s also keep in mind that that stuff occurred 12 months ago, and in that 12 months Barack Obama has revealed himself to be everything we said he was. This is having an impact on a lot of Americans who at this time last year thought he was Mr. Awesome and Sarah was a moose hunting moron.
If this is real, it’s awesome..
If it’s fake, it’s an awesome fake....
No way in hell Fey would say something like that and be serious about it. This is all a sham.
Pretty much my point. It seems a lot of Americans would consider her more “normal” if she had.
The Alec Baldwin stuff sounds true if Tina Fey had her guard down, for example if she thought that she was talking to an old friend after a show; or perhaps she has a teasing relationship with Baldwin. Don’t forget, she is a comedienne.
As to the alleged change in her beliefs, I can believe it because the changes that he has made have been so radical that, if you didn’t expect them (and if you read the MSM you would not have expected them), then they could blow a person away.
She could be another Robin of Berkeley, only she was “outed” by this blogger before she was ready (and perhaps before her ideas were fully formed).
But I also could believe that this guy made the whole thing up.
That said, I didn't think Fey's Sarah Palin impersonation was bad or insulting at all. It was funny. I used to love Norm McDonald's Bob Dole too. It's comedy, I can handle people goofing on people I like, as long as its funny.
The fact that the guy SNL now has impersonating Obama is so tiresomely unfunny shouldn't mean that Fey has to join in on the lameness.
Seriously, that Obama impersonation isn't even an impersonation. It reminds me of when Tim Meadows used to be on the show. His "impersonations" consisted of him saying "Hi, I'm [insert name!" and then talking in his normal voice and smiling like an idiot.
It didn't matter if it was "Hi, I'm Al Sharpton!" or "Hi, I'm Colin Powell!" or "Hi, I'm Bill Cosby!" or "Hi, I'm Bryant Gumble!" - it was exactly the same.
