“I would pray that the guy would undergo an Ebeneezer Scrooge-like overnight epiphany”
You better be praying that there will still be a USA
by 2012.
Obozo is not from this earth, much less the USA.. He will not have an epiphany.
He is a puppet of those who want to enslave you, in the name of Marxism.
Pray for his conversion.
I think GIOTTO has gotten into a long weekend of cheap booze.
Pray for the poor girl.
You didn’t read my whole post. I am not emotionally attached to Obama. On the contrary, I am attempting to focus on what he does rather than who he is. All I’m saying is that we should try to work with what we have, and what we have is Obama for the next 3 years at least. I’m suggesting that we use the same kind of leverage lobbyists use to influence his decisions—i.e. money. Politicians need money, for television, for travel, for staffers, etc. I’m saying we should spend less time making fun of Michelle’s wardrobe and more time gathering money for Sarah’s campaign wardrobe. Positive action, not negative inaction.
Actually, the country perhaps would be better off if he has Scrooge's thrifty attitude in governing...
LOL. All prayers gratefully accepted.
I like it. I know from experience that praying for people whom I dislike intensely (I don’t use hate) works. It doesn’t change them as much as it changes my attitude and I am a winner with that.
I prefer a positive tact over negative and know that people are attracted to optimism.
Move out, prayers for positivity.
I probably phrased it wrong. I am not necessarily saying we should love Obama, or even that we pray for Obama. I am saying that we can pray that Obama will have a change of heart, or at the very least, that the voices of the people will be heard, and that he will do the right thing.
Thank you.
No one seems to have commented on my “citizen lobbyist” idea. Maybe I should have put “Pray for Obama” near the end of the list instead of at the beginning.
Now that I can, and already do. I do pray for him as well, as angry as I get as shown by many of my comments, I do pray for him, and myself.
