I heard this today. It is absolutely hilarious, and right on the money....
Obama is going to declare the war lost. He is trying to find a way out that will humiliate the US the most.
And fearful of the potential backlash he is waiting until after the elections to announce it. No spine. No courage of his convictions. Just lies and political jockeying.

Obama has never put our troops first. Every action or comment he has made has intentionally diminished our ability to fight for freedom. His world apology (appeasement) tour sought praise from less than upstanding leaders who recognize Obama as weak and easily manipulated. He insults our allies and grovels at the feet of dictators.
He was all too eager to scrap our missle defense plans in Poland, hanging the Poles out to dry. And today, cancelled further production of the F-22 fighter.
His schtick has worn thin with not only the American military, but the public as well.
