“It is going to take an extraordinary mass political campaign if the American health care system is ever going to catch up with an industrialized world that has long recognized health care as a public resource similar to education or fire protection.”

Insteading of bitching about Fox News and Limbaugh et al., we should figure out who their top advertisers are and boycott the shit out of them AND tell those companies what we’re doing and why. The noise machine is a business, and ad dollars are its lifeblood. HIT ‘EM WHERE IT HURTS!

Well the Islamofascist are coming out of the closet on some blogs.
Ofcourse they are trying to infiltrate.
FR just know how to handle them. 13 years of experience helps.
"Most American people know that any organization as large and as active as ACORN is going to have a few people who break some laws."
Here's the attitude that is getting them into trouble. "Everyone breaks the law a little." This is modern Liberalism in a nutshell. It's ok to break the law, no matter how serious the law broken is, if you're "doing good." You cannot reason with such people.
Those morons attribute far too much power to the RNC. There is no Republican Machine. There are no talking points. One has only to examine the words and actions of RNC Chairman Michael Steele to realize how pathetically disorganized and ineffective the RNC has become.
To believe that the RNC issues daily talking points to top conservative pundits, one must ignore the obvious disconnect between the ultra-conservative opinions of those pundits and the moderate, all-inclusive opinions of the RNC party leadership. The conservative base, who support and listen to those pundits, are rebelling against the objective of the RNC party leadership to move the party toward the middle.
To suggest that the moderate RNC party leadership and the hard-right conservative pundits are on the same page (much less reading from it in unison) is ignorant, delusional, or deceptive.
And the Dem hypocrisy is exposed in my post #50 on that thread.
