Emotional pleas do not sway federal courts. Only the cold hard force of legal will does.
Patience. Attention to detail. Strategy. Planning. Honesty. Integrity. Respect for the law. Respect for the process. Thorough research. And most important genuine injuries different than those suffered by the public at large.
By now it should be clear that federal standing and political question doctrine issues will not yield to exotic conceptual legal theories. As predicted, the courts will not bend to anyone that precedent does not bestow judicial invitation upon. After the electoral college certified Obama, I predicted every eligibility law suit pending against him would fail on procedural grounds unless brought via the DC District Court under the the DC quo warranto statute.
That prediction is batting 1000.
If people feel better blaming the messenger for correctly analyzing these cases, so be it. Not knowing the legal truth doesnt stop the legal truth from being true.
The blog is taking too much of my time and energy. Therefore, it is going dark. I have work to do. My legal blogging days are over. I may eventually publish a book on this era of my life.
Peace and love.

... unless brought via the DC District Court under the the DC quo warranto statute....
He seemed to imply in recent posts that he was going to pursue that route. Anyone know the status of that?

Good night and good luck.
Thank you Leo for everything you have done. Legally none of it amounted to anything. You have brought up good points and contributed to the education of many on NBC issues. No one can take that away from you.
Under the category of “What have you done for me lately”, or “What are you planning to do for me in the future”, looks like a big fat ZERO.
“Some”, might call you a quitter. Are you batting 1000 on the cases you filed or were involved with? You must have believed in those cases at some point?
Thanks again Leo, you won't be missed all that much.
I think batting 1000% that the courts would ignore the facts on whatever ground they could find is not bad. Common sense dictates that I opine that the Constitution is used for toilet paper at the Supreme Court. That somehow the courts cannot enforce a section of the Constitution is just what it sounds like :nonsense. Of course, there will be attorneys that will tell me the courts are somehow doing exactly what the law requires. I am glad I am not an attorney, I would have to use common sense as toilet paper.
Very disappointing. I thought Leo was our best hope at obtaining justice in exposing King Fraud-i. Still hoping for Divine Intervention. That’s the only thing that can bring him down now.
Did Leo purge his blog of past postings? He had some great info, hopefully it’s not gone.
He seemed to imply in recent posts that he was going to pursue that route. Anyone know the status of that?
Didn't Judge Carter (Santa Ana) say something about this in the last case, that the attorneys would have to find another court? From his comments he did not seem to be closing the door entirely.
