I saw the teaser for the HAARP - THe Gov is a complete tool, a dunce. FOr the record the site is run by Phillips for the NAvy - it is the site of the old OTHB-R radar site.
Not really about sciense as much as putting pork into rural Alaska.
Now that Unckle Ted is out of business, expect this site to go away in the next year or two as pork funding dries up.
And, yes, I have been to the site and photographed it.
