I think it’s just air cover for so-called moderates who vote for the beast. They will now be able to say “Look, it’s not a health care takeover I voted for, in fact the left wingers hate this bill because it keeps freedom of choice in your hands and keeps government out of the healthcare business” and look like good moderates still in spite of all evidence to the contrary.
This is a tactic: set up some radicals to make the radicals look like moderates. Shift to “middle” to the left.
Some of them are holding out for pork. They’ll get back inline once they get their chunk of Stim money. Of course they’ll wail and moan and and exclaim that it’s a terrible concession they have to make, but better than nothing for the time being.
Sounds like a KOS kiddy finally get something right. He is indeed stupid.
And they will have plenty of help from the MSM. I heard Matt Lauer with Michael Steele yesterday, asking why the GOP had nothing to offer on health care reform, and their whole basis was to stall and delay. Steele told him (too weakly IMHO) that he was wrong. But the message was out that the GOP were just “no” sayers on the deal, had nothing to contribute.

Reconciliation will never happen. Period. They’d get railroaded in the elections if they tried.
God willing, the Dems will keep fighting each other over tghis POC legislation until after the mid-terms next year.
After that, God willing, the marxists will have an uphill battle with a conservative majority to contend with!!!
