Santelli sounded like a real cry baby this morning.
I have heard that a new boss at cnbc wanted more on-air conflict, and that these two are in part being set up for this reason. There have been some other examples of guests being posed to really tear into each other.
Apparently the assumption is that conflict sells, even on cnbc.
I love Rick. I use to listen to him on a Chicago station before he got his gig on CNBC. He’s down in the pits and he places his money at risk everyday. I’d say he has his ear to the ground and hears some scary stuff. Liesman, on the other hand, is a liberal economist who thinks throwing money at a problem is the way to go.
I believe Rick is just as frustrated with this administration as we are. However, he gets to vent on a cable network.

Liesman is a brown-tongued liberal with an IQ of 1, and a face that says punch me hard now. 100% wrong on anything involving economics...and that’s his job.
