Over the past few weeks I have posted additional material concerning the COLB forgery. I have posted one minor piece a bit off key to keep him off track. But I had a reason for this. While he has been chasing his tail, I have been distributing material and statements to lawyers and other people. As mentioned in my previous post, about this person and what steps I have taken. But as they say on tv “But wait there’s more”

Am I wrong to assume that if a Republican Senator had spoken up before the last cloture vote and demanded a copy of ‘the chosen-in-Soros’-mind-one’s’ Birth Certificate and College records that it would have caused Mayhem in Congress and stopped the Health Care Bill from any further votes?
That would require a PAIR between the legs. Unfortunately the needed anatomy for this application has been in the Democrat’s purse for several years.

Agreed. But it’s absolutely imperative that we all vote for them in ‘10, because the Democrats hate the constitution more ... lesser of two evils ... throwing away your vote ... blah blah etc. etc. Vote GOP!
Unless they adhere to the Constitution, I would not vote for any of them.
What they need to do, is another contract with the people that lists that they will repeal these un-Constitutional laws they are passing and charge those that have failed to uphold the Constitution with treason, regardless of what party they are in and who they are.
Yes, you are wrong. It's not a TV show where George Bailey's dramatic passion will sway everyone. The Senate runs on Parliamentary procedure, and there is no meaningful mechanism in that procedure to realize the scenario you suggest. Just because we don't like a bill being passed, don't assume the Republicans had some magical power to stop it and simply didn't try hard enough.
Further, and I know the people on these threads don't like to hear this, the birth certificate issue has no traction outside the circle of its dedicated proponents. The GOP senators won't bring it up in a major way because they believe that, far from being a magic bullet, it will make them look foolish. I know people don't want to hear this either, but I think that judgment is correct.
The Birth Certificate issue will be part of the on-going court battles. When one, and one eventually will have to be heard, either by the some action like the Chrysler or GM dealers or another venue, the forged documents will be brought up and Obama will have to produce what he has hidden and sealed.
Keeping it in the public’s view that he is spending money on it, doesn’t help him in the least.
Why would Obama be fighting any lawsuit, if he already produced a valid document?

There are too many pu**ies who stick doggedly to voting GOP, even though it’s been a long time since it was conservative or even cared about the constitution. I will certainly be taking my vote elsewhere until they pledge to investigate Hussein for his ineligibility as President.
That is the growing resentment and feeling in this country.
We have two broken parties, and each one has their hand out asking to prevent the other from doing this and doing that, while neglecting the citizens of this country. Over 60% do NOT want health care reform and they toute one or two sad-sack stories to cram things on the people. Look at your e-mails from the DNC and RNC, both pan-handlers while people are going down the toilet. What is needed to clean house and get rid of all of the ones that have failed to do, their sworn duty, that not only includes Congess, but the Judicial branch as well. They have failed and they need to held accountable. Repeal all their benefits, and let them live under the laws they enact. Plain and simple.
