Presidential orders supersedes ulterior motive. They are just following 'the law', and may even be telling the truth.

The implication of ‘precedent’ was that each step was ‘judged’ beforehand to ensure it was ‘legal’(Constitutional) and in the ‘best interests’ of the nation.

‘Legal’ was turned into ‘interpretation’, and ‘best interests’ was turned into ‘my own self-interest’, and boom... the current state of the nation.

He didn't. That's another one of the baseless myths trumpeted to keep this whole silly issue going.

The Executive Order you're referring to (13489) deals with the process of how “Presidential Records” (i.e., records generated while one is President) are archived and accessed. Basically, it lifted the more restrictive access protocols imposed by Bush II, restoring the process to approximately what Reagan established when he was in office. It has absolutely nothing to do with Obama’s personal records before he was President, and is not even particularly interesting.

I believe everyone understands that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen and that Obama did, in fact, technically have dual citizenship at birth. These points were common knowledge before the election, and Obama had already stipulated to at least the first. That is not what Drew68 was disputing.

The birther fantasy is that these two facts disqualify Obama as a NBC.

The doctor that delivered me 70years ago was Doctor Woods, his office was on Woodward Avenue between 6 and 7 mile in Detroit michigan. My mother gave me the receipt for my birth...payment to doctor woods 40 dollars....I also have the original BC with the seal of Michigan stamped on it...

So? Just because you believe a wrong was perpetrated on Ryan doesn't mean the organizations holding Obama’s records aren't still legally answerable to privacy regulations. If you can get someone to leak Obama’s college transcripts to you, good for you. I suspect you'll be disappointed with any information gleaned.
