“He was born under the citizenship of his Father? Yea?”
Not in this country. If he was born in Hawaii, he was born a United States citizen, the same as his mother and grandparents. His father gave him a dual citizenship, but the law is clear on this point—he’s still an American.
One can then always try to build up the distinction between citizen and NBC, but that’s going to legally prove a nonstarter for obvious reasons already discussed.
Give me a health department certificate and its over. Oh wait! That shit is under lock and key, or maybe is isn’t there at all. Stop defending this BS. How the hell did he he get to Indonesia and Paaaackistan without a passport? I don’t let small facts get in the way.
Big "If" -- that you have no evidence of, right??? and only a "citizen" at that, still not qualified to be President.
His father gave him a dual citizenship, but the law is clear on this pointhes still an American.
But not a "natural-born citizen" according to the Constitution, the Naturalization Act of 1790, and Senate Resolution 511 in 2008, etc, et al.
One can then always try to build up the distinction between citizen and NBC,
One doesn't have to -- the Constitution, our history, and Senate Resolution 511 for starters have already done that for us.
Try educating yourself sometime.
Try to study the issue before spouting off. He is not NBC and is not eligible. This is why they are covering it. You DU Dummy.
