The Patriot Room ^ | January 3, 2010 | Clyde Middleton

President Obama has authorized the United States Postal Service to deliver self-administered antidotes in the event of a large-scale biological attack. He has also asked for a plan that would use federal guns to protect postguys and postgals while on their delivery route.

Another brilliant “solution”.

So my anthrax antidote will be delivered to me via the USPS Express Mail One Day Service, whcih means I will receive it in 7-10 days.

Is this a joke? During our last anthrax scare our mailman was so jumpy I expected every day for him to show up in a hazmat suit.

Wasn't there a recent purchase of a large quantity of .40 ammo?

How far will a Marxist go to impose his Utopian vision...

Why, yes, there was!

Winchester Ammunition was recently awarded a contract by the Immigration, Customs and Enforcement (ICE) division of the Department of Homeland Security to supply a maximum of 200 million, 40 cal. rounds over the next five years.

"Going Postal" has taken on a whole new meaning.

Will there be an “opt out” plan where my antidote can come via Fedex?

I know a letter carrier who ADMITS that she, and most of her pals, ROUTINELY throw away mail if her delivery load is too big on a day !!!!

You really need to take this to the Postmaster. Otherwise, you're complicit by not reporting a crime!

How do all the “undomiciled” get their antidotes? Will USPS deliver to the cardboard box under the bridge?

I agree, but they probably only throw out the third class garbage that I throw out myself. It's postal spam.

The PO needs to raise the rates on that stuff and eliminate it, but they won't because they have a lousy business model.

No, they will be used to justify the raising of a huge 'volunteer' army with arrest power and a data base to enter all 'relevant' information.

I heard a pundit predicting last night that in 2010, the big story would be the rise in home grown terrorist groups. Which sounded dumb, then I remember that Obama has talked about a domestic army as well funded as our armed forces. This prediction may be a good cover story for the O to hire the ACORN crowd into his domestic force.

That’s right. Least we forget, his objective is to have as many unaccountable (to the constitution and American people) forces under his command as possible. He longs for total control. It’s the only way he can validate the ‘correctness’ of his vision. I don’t think that’s a conspiracy theory as much as it is the character profile of a Marxist.

You jest, but already one of my family members depends on the Post Office for delivery of life saving meds, buying thru the insurance mail order is the only way we can afford them. Thankfully the PO has come thru. However, the insurance payments for the drugs are something else again, increase after increase after increase for a drug that has been on the market for years...yes, this is private insurance for which we pay an arm and a leg.

So this is what he means by Nationalized Health Care Coverage? The Postman will by your Doctor AND your Pharmacist.

Hope you don’t need a doctor or meds on Sunday or any other National Holiday.

ROFLMAO!!!
