Excuse me for being one of those ignorant conservatives, but I missed the part about how some Muslim who wants to die for his cause will be interested in saving his hide by voluntarily ratting out his fellow TERRORISTS.
Well, given that he was prepared to die and didn't -- that probably changed his focus a bit, I would say... :-)
But, then again, I think that we should keep all the terrorists alive and keep mining them for information. It's like when the government went so fast to get rid of Timothy McVeigh -- I always thought that he was valuable by keeping him in prison forever and keep at him, to get more and more information. The government just shut off the information tap on McVeigh by getting rid of him so quickly.
In this war against Islam, we need to gather all pertinent and relevant information. Keep the guy locked up and play around with him for continued information, that we can use in the long run. Don't ever let him out and always keep "working" him, too...

After water boarding the assclown for all the useful information we could get, he should be turned over to Singapore to be tried. When convicted there and sentenced to death, death arrives the next morning.
