(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.

Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. I’m not a fan or Orly’s either but I’m hardly a troll ;)

It’s the birth certificate- but it’s soooo many other unknowns about his past. The bc has also become symbolic of all we don’t know..the worst part is- the more we do know-the creepier it gets..

Sorry, I just don’t see that happening. He still has the same approval numbers as Clinton and he got reelected.

Hawaii's Governor Lingle said that Obama spent only a few years in Hawaii during his high school years, and that his claim of Hawaii as one of his home states is disingenuous.

It does not define the term

So, do you always go to the Constitution to find definitions of terms? Good luck, because you won't find very many terms defined in the Constitution.

Are you seriously alleging that the entire Hawaii Department of Health is in on some grand conspiracy to cover up Barry’s original place of birth?

Are you seriously alleging that is beyond the realm of possibility? The utter lack of information that we have about the mystery man indicates that a lot of individuals as well as governmental bodies have been hard at work to foist this guy on a dumbed down American population. If the press had devoted 1% of the energy they expended trashing Sarah Palin on exposing the lies of our _resident, he (Barry) would not be in the position he now enjoys. And aren’t we on friendly terms with the _resident?

I have, and I can say with confidence that there is no evidence...

Obviously you are not very good at doing your homework.

Hoover lived in Britain for years. His opponents read the 14 year residency requirement in the Constitution as "14 consecutive years immediately prior to becoming President" rather than "14 total years in one life," and claimed to have found his name on London voting rolls.

Hoover wasn't yet President when these charges were made, but they were made on the floor of Congress.

Probably this should have been thrashed out before Obama entered the White House, so we could deal with other stuff now.

Very interesting.

Especially this part:

"RUMORS ON NATURALIZATION These Whispers Refer to Time in India When Hoover Was Urged to Become a Briton. "

Ironically, Barry actually WAS a Briton at birth.

0bamas’ hidden records: Why are these off limits?

1 Certified copy of original birth certificate
2 Columbia University transcripts
3 Columbia thesis paper
4 Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5 Harvard University transcripts
6 Illinois State Senate records
7 Illinois State Senate schedule
8 Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9 Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mother
10 Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11 Occidental College Transcripts
12 Parent’s marriage Certificate
13 Record of baptism
14 Selective Service registration records
15 Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16 Passport records for all passports
17 Scholarly articles
18 SAT and LSAT test scores

20 List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
21 Punahou grade school records
22 Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education.
23 Page 11 of Stanley Ann Dunham's divorce decree.

Anyone who cares about their country would be very concerned that a POTUS had hidden every scrap of information of his life that he possibly could.

How did he get a Security Clearance? Does he have one?

He likely doesn't have one. Congressmen, including US Senators, don't need them. Neither do occupants of the oval office. But no one has to tell or show them anything unless they ask, very specifically, for the information.

Very specifically indeed. :)

Good, the well-informed and honest Freepers are coming out!

There are about a dozen articles, including the Herlihy paper, starting in 2005, meaning they were conceived in 2004 or before, addressing the natural born citizen provision. What is notable about all of them is revealed by doing a search in each of them for citations by Chief Justice John Marshall, Waite, Hamilton, Story, Kent, Bingham, or any reference to Vattel (Law of Nations was the most cited legal reference in the U.S. between 1789 and 1820; Grotian Society Papers 1972). They usually depend upon the confusion created by Wong Kim Ark, quoting the Nationality Act of 1790, repealed in 1795, and talk lots about globalism. They hint at planning for an ineligible presidential candidate. That is a long shot, because most of them accept a living constitution.

Please don't be a stranger. Free Republic seems to have become a playground for Obama supporters.
