(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.

Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

If I’d ever had a son I would have named him Caractacus. Either that or Bob. And I was going to name my daughter Boudicca but my wife insisted on naming her after her grandmothers

“The tape is in good hands and will be used when it is needed the most.”

That may be problematic, as no such tape exists.

To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature,

It is now official..... you are ALL corrupt morons:

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.

Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.

Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.

War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more.

Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.

Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.

The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.

You have FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM??

Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end up in the emails of some of our "duly elected' and their staff (although they never read anything,) and will clue them in on how Americans feel.

“So go after the records that are available. “

Those records are emotionally unsatisfying.

Notice if you will that the obamanoid liar tosses a contradiction to his/her/its own assertion into the post as if proving his/her/its own lie! ...

"... if it were true that dual citizens couldn't be president, it wouldn't matter in his case." Um, if he had US and Kenyan citizenship at birth, that is directly related to natural BORN status. See how the obamanoid agit props play with facts and logic? They can lie and then state contradictions to their own talking points as if proving the assertions in their talking pints. ... Stupid people, really. Ought to read their talking points more closely and if need be have axelgreasy 'splain it to them'.

The vampires are now turning into whirling dervishes inside their day time coffins. We MUST be getting close as members of Congress are now asking Obama the same question we have been asking for 2 years.

WE ARE VICTORIOUS!

Great rant!

Things are looking up!

Well, time to hit the sack...

Night all.

You:Because UPI admitted it.

To be accurate, as I told you before, UPI didn't change anything, they did nothing about it until WND gave the matter attention:

"News sites swap Obama's birthplace like magic UPI, Snopes change location within hours of WND report

By Joe Kovacs

If you happened to read online news sites such as United Press International or the popular hoax-busting Snopes.com anytime up until Tuesday night, you would have seen definitive statements that President Obama was born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii."

-end snip-

You: If the source had been Obama, then there would be something to indicate it in the original article, and it would be Obama's error, not the writer's.

I was specifically speaking about the original source. The Queens hospital story, Obama's birthplace came from some where. The most likely source are the Obamas. UPI dodged the controversy by stating this:

-snip-

"WND had contacted UPI on Tuesday to find out specifics about why it had published the birthplace as Queen's, which is contrary to the president's new assertion in a White House celebratory letter to Kapi'olani. The news agency says that story was a background piece compiled from available sources, and it did not believe there was any original reporting or interview that UPI conducted with Obama himself, but added it was looking into the matter."

You: If the source had been Obama, then there would be something to indicate it in the original article, and it would be Obama's error, not the writer's.

Well, you think you know more than UPI's writing than they do. LoL. UPI was unsure how they came upon the information to where Obama was born as I underlined the UPI's statement as seen above. Gee, did UPI ever do "a real" follow up like they said they would...to find out?

Many? I know of only two: UPI and a high school student newsletter. Which other ones?

You need more? Your fellow travelers at Snopes.com said they were more. See Snopes screen shot below:

You: And what makes you think they were even aware of the erroneous reports?

I seriously doubt Obama or any member of his family regularly reads either UPI or the rainbow newsletter.

You may have a point here. Obama may have been too busy reading his autographed copy of Mao's little Red Book or some other similar anti-capitalist or anti-American book.

The bottom line here is that the public does not really know to where Obama was born. It's like flipping a coin when Obama says believe me. Tails Obama is stating the truth and heads he's is lying again.

Psssssst Obama has a two headed coin.

Yes, many of the Dem after-birther trolls got the axe over the last two years on eligibility threads and none from our side...likes that’s going to happen - not. :-)

Old FR trolls are like MurrayMom that are kept around for a little opposition. However, MurrayMom is an unabashed liberal socialist and not like theses guys who won’t admit to us who they are...but we know.

Your statement that that “English Common Law was the foundation for the Constitution” is simply not true.

Please see the link I provided, it is from the Congress, and it is rife with legal and historical references to this very fact which you state is false.

At best, you could state it is in doubt, but to claim it is false is simply untenable.

I'm assuming you are not one of the gang of obfuscators so busy on this list.

Rather, I am interested in logic, reason and the rule of law; apparently that is unacceptable to you?

Your reference only points out the obvious; of course The Common Law was important, that is what was being replaced.

And for items that were not explicitly referenced as such, English common law still stood; that is what I stated, and that is what your statement here reinforces. Vattel was an addition - not substitution - of English common law.

Alexander Hamilton declared Vattel’s Law of Nations part of “The U.S. Common Law.”

Emphasis added. Vattel is PART of the US common law; it was used to extend English common law, not replace it. It is PART of our heritage.

In the case of natural born citizens, English common law assumes those born on US soil - as the 14th Amendment also states - are natural born citizens. They are a citizen by the act of birth (and because of the 14th amendment, that act means location of birth).

Furthermore, Vattel says there can be doubt, but that it is NOT a wrong position. We have two traditions of our Constitution - English common law, and the supplemental Vattel. English common law says a person born on US soil is a US citizen. Vattel says that may or may not be wrong. One tradition is adamant, the other is non-committal; taken together, it makes a strong case that birth location conveys natural born citizenship.

Vattel does not oppose English common law on this point (only states that it may or may not be correct), and your own reference to Hamilton calls Vattel an addition to - a part of - US common law. So which to go with?

One votes in favor; the other abstains. We have a verdict - in favor.

Because he is black ...”

His mother was as white as can be and, IMO, it’s just as much a slap in the face to ignore it as it would be to ignore the race of his father. He’s bi-racial and those who consider him otherwise are using race to suit their agenda.
