(Jan. 5, 2010) — The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.

Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgia’s 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obama’s staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

I regularly report liberals in the birther threads, and have seen quite a few get banned (Could just be coincidence though; I never heard back if it was down to my report or not).

It is quite odd why NS and his Obot buddie get to stick around though, especially as Jim is very clearly a constitution supporter. This site should not tolerate liberal trolls, or it will go the way that LGF did.

The letter I wrote is just a template. Feel free to add to it, correct it, etc, - especially appreciate feedback from attorneys and paralegals. 2012 isn't that far off and these things take time!

When I joined the Navy, I had to show them a social security card, high school and college transcripts, a birth certificate, and be subjected to a background check.

How would I KNOW that's true - you haven't provided me with the above documentation. I could ask the Navy, but unless you gave your permission to release those records to me, they would be constrained by privacy laws - in other words, your records are sealed.
