Got that for my mom. She loves it. :)
Bought it for myself.
Love it love it love it
What a voice! Like an angel. :)
hubby mayhem got it for me. along with a cd of a group called BOND both are awesome.
“It’s becoming clear that you can’t stop Susan Boyle, you can only hope to contain her. Actually, nobody has even been able to do that yet. The “Britain’s Got Talent” star will hold on to the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart for an amazing sixth week in a row, thanks to another 137,000 units shifted, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan. And while her sales over the New Year’s week dipped by more than 70 percent, Boyle still managed to steam past the 3 million mark in just six weeks.”
click it, you’ll like it
My wife got me the CD. The beauty of Boyal’s note rendering brings me to tears even tough I tend to be the stoic type.
Her voice is a wonderful gift from Boyal to all of us and from my wife to me. I hope this bit of noteriaty leaves her in good finsncial shape for the rest of her life.
tears are ok
I bought her album on the day that it came out because I felt so strongly about supporting her....
It’s wonderful to see somebody so deserving being rewarded for a change!
good good good news much deserved!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve tried to listen to her a few times. I don’t see what the big deal is.
Is it because people thought she was too unattractive to sing? I can think of a few rockers less attractive than she.
i’d suggest not trying to analyze it too much.
if it’s not for you, then that’s ok.
it has a lot to do with the eardrums, eh?
I also bought Susan’s cd for my mom. She loved it.
Here is a link to the track “Wings to Fly”, which was only included on the japanese release due to copyright concerns.
I love her too. I listened online to her earlier version of “Cry Me a River.” Wow, it was magical! Maybe people love her music because it bubbles up from her own past pain and sacrifices.
just listened to it.
thanks so much!!!!
too bad copyright stuff got in the way of it being on the new cd for the rest of us, eh?
she surely knows what she is singing about.
it comes thru in every syllable.
i think the backup singers and orchestration are extraordinary.
Yes, I would love to have a cd quality version of it.
Apparently it is a traditional japanese song, and releasing it elsewhere was not doable.
Her voice is perfect for it, what a wonderful melody.
