It’s just you. Bush is retired and a private citizen, and his actions have no impact on the nation. Nelson is a turncoat in the implementation of socialized healthcare, which many of us fear will be the tipping point that means the end of our democracy.

Those in the Pelosi/Reid Party are traitors to this country and they deserve a traitors fate.....
Nelson is a member of Obama’s ruthless tribe, that is presently working around the clock to steal the futures of our children and our grandchildren. Their actions are placing our country’s very existence at great risk and they are doing their very best to destroy liberty.
Tell me please, will the killing of even more babies (that WILL be federally funded) that this whores vote advances, allow for them to eat in peace?

Fine, yell at people while they are eating. No big deal to me. If you actually read all the posts, instead of frothing at the mouth after just reading my first response, you would know that I understand and concure. That means that I agree that it was his choice to go out and eat with people who he works for. They certainly have a right to say almost anything they want to.
What verbal assault? He’s in a public venue and as an elected official he should expect to be confronted by irate constituents in public. Don’t like it? Resign and do Nebraska and the nation a favor.
Shun them one and all. Attention in public is like air to politicians. Boo them and they will gasp and wither away.
That's exactly the problem. The lefties have been doing this stuff for a hundred years, and more so since the days of Saul Alinsky.
Let's throw it back in their faces, ten times harder. Dirty thieving scum politicians like this should be insulted and pelted with food whenever they show their faces in public, and video should be posted to YouTube.
Individuals hurt faster than institutions, dear old Saul told us so. For the worst of our enemies, even their families should face our strident disapproval when we know they are complicit (e.g. Theresa Kerry, or Barney Frank's semen receptacle that helped wreck Fannie Mae.)
We can only hope so, and I have to wonder why it ever stopped being that way (ugly) in the first place. An elected official who blatantly disregards and casts aside the best interests and concerns of his constituents should expect to be shamed in public...That he had enough brass to show his face in the first place should be real story here.
Hopefully this sort of thing is enough to get their attention. Tar and feathers can get really messy.

First off, I might be new, but I sure as hell am not defending Nelson. He is a scumbag and you are a slanderer. My only point was the disgustin way GHW Bush was treated in the pizza joint, AND, if you bothered to read the rest of my posts, you would see that I agreed with the fact that it was his own fault for going out to eat with the people that he works for. Do some reading before you start throwing accusations around. Apology accepted
Public reaction to the bill has been positive, Nelson said, contradicting Rasmussen Poll numbers.
“You have people totally stirred up with misinformation and confused,” Nelson said.
“The poll showed that 50 percent are Democrats that didn’t support the plan,” he said. “That’s hard to believe, that’s really hard to believe. It might be possible but it just doesn’t seem quite right. I don’t really give a lot of credibility to that particular poll.
“I’d have to say that nine out of ten people that come up to me thank me,” he said.

Um, I read your post way after I wrote the other ones, so I am sorry that I don’t know exactly how posting works. Also, I don’t think it is cool to call someone a liberal. I sure and the heck would not be here if I was, and I resent that you read a couple of my posts and accused me of “arguing like a liberal” and of actually being one. I bet I am older than you are and damn sure know what I am. Quit mind reading and stick with your day job. You argue like a child.
I almost forgot, I might be a fool (sometimes), so you might have me on that one.
