What is Scott Brown now saying?
Brown is saying we need to “start over” on health care ... which is what conservatives have been saying for months.
“Start over” means “scrap the Democrat bill.”
But some FR denizens are going apoplectic over it.
I fear its not dead, but now will go down the Reconciliation path?

Heard a good explanation of reconciliation on FOX yesterday — can’t remember the politician talking, but it was interesting.
Basically, what he said was that there’s a rule that requires any legislation passed under “reconciliation” to be directly related to the budget. Since much of the massive healthcare bill would not qualify, he said they’d have to go through it line-by-line and eliminate many of the provisions, that it would “look like swiss cheese” by the time they got through.
He said that’s why they didn’t just use reconciliation in the first place — and why he thinks they won’t try it now.
Yeah if you believe the whack jobs like that Florida congressman. How people like him get elected I will never know.
