The election results have been ceritified, and will be signed by Gov. Deval Patrick this morning, and Brown is now slated to be sworn-in by Vice-President Joe Biden at 5:00 PM EDT. . . . . (VIDEO)

I find it hard to believe the Dems caved without pressure.
So have Kirk’s unConstitutional votes been stricken from the record, or will they have to reconsider all of those unConstitutional votes?
Will the Federal Marshalls come take Dingy Harry away in cuffs for deliberately violating the Constitution?
Will he be seriously injured while resisting arrest?
I guess I can tolerate FOX or C-SPAM for a few minutes to watch true history unfolding. Yee-Haw!!!!!
