This MediCare rationing below will affect a friend of ours who by no fault of his own lost both kidneys at a young age during a triple A heart surgery. The physician did not watch his BP and it dropped drastically. Kidneys took a hit and he is on dialysis for life now. Akways talk to the anesthiologist and the physician before surgery. Know who they are and if you don’t like their answers, find someone else.

It actually began June 1, 2010 with the 21% reduction of the reimbursement to doctors.
