Three days before the Feb 25 media event, where chosen representatives can say their last words before the nuclear option is set off, The President’s Proposal on “healthcare reform” was released.

These 11 pages do not start with a blank sheet of paper, as Republicans recommended, but with the 2,000-page Senate bill. They are getting a disproportionate amount of commentary, but amount to little difference.

What the White House has presented is a new bill, not the language of the Senate bill, and therefore, subject to a full review by the Senate, not a “reconciliation” exception.

There is still no tort reform, or opening of markets for interstate purchase of coverage, or relief from mandates, or right to opt for a health savings account with purchase of major medical, or separation of health insurance coverage from place of employment.

Why hasn’t anyone come forward to say they will take this to the Supreme Court if necessary? Or have I missed that statement?

Pg 22 of the HC Bill MANDATES the Government will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS WHO SELF-INSURE!!
Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill - THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE which decides what treatments & benefits you get.
Pg 354 Sec 1177 - Govt WILL RESTRICT ENROLLMENT of Special Needs people.
Pg 42 of HC Bill - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC Benefits for you.
PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill - HC WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL NON-US CITIZENS, illegal or otherwise.
Pg 170 Lines 1-3 HC Bill- ALL NON-RESIDENT ALIENS will be exempt from individual taxes. (Resident Americans will pay)
Pg 58 HC Bill - Govt will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID Healthcard will be issued.
Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer, no choice.

PG 429 Lines 10-12 "adv. care consultation" may include an ORDER FOR END OF LIFE plans. AN "ORDER" from GOV
Pg 429 Lines 13-25 - The govt will specify which Doctors can write an end of life order.
PG 430 Lines 11-15 The Govt will decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life.

There are several (I think 13) state Attorneys General who are considering filing lawsuits should Congress pass this unconstitutional act.

We have Tenncare in Tennessee, a form of Romney care and obamadeathcare.

Do some reading, these are articles since Jan of 2010, older articles tell of waste, fraud, illegals, and earlier cuts to curtail rising cost.
