Ford: Ford graded out as the 11th best automaker and was the only American manufacturer to improve its score since last year.
General Motors: Just as it did last year, Consumer Reports gave General Motors the second-worst grade amongst automakers.
Chrysler: Chrysler finished dead last in the rankings. Again. The automakers overall score dropped two points from last year.

blame Obama
he runs the damn things
Heheh!
I read Hummer is set to close due to the China deal falling through, where does this leave us re: military vehicles?
Anyone know?
100% behind Ford.
I’d buy a Toyota before I would buy a GM or Chrysler product.
Hummer is not a Military vehicle!
Military Hummers were always built by AM General, which licensed the design to GM. GM built the “civilian” version.
Ford’s quality is probably better than most on that list. I had a Subraru rental not long ago - piece of crap.
The UAW killed GM and Chrysler.
The insane Democrats are trial ballooning the addition of a national Value Added Tax to pay for the Democrats’ pork barrel wishlists.
That would immediately eliminate GM and Chrsyler as going concerns, OR force the US into a protectionist tariffs trade war. The Democrats propsing the VAT are dumb as a box of rocks for even contemplating the VAT as a solution to national debt.
Thanks.
I am sworn off GMC and Jeep until they are sold by the Government.
