The Big Love star was very stylish indeed...

Cute girl, rather like young Sally Field. I’m not sure I like the frock ... maybe if she wore stockings, it would help.

Really? Ugh! When I look at that ugly dress all I can think of is how far the legendary House of Dior has fallen.

I hate that dress, for oh so many reasons. The way the bodice fits. Nasty, cheap-looking fabric. Huge horizontal line across the hips. Dubious hemline with those little strips of patterned material dripping off the huge horizontal line, producing a weird garter belt effect. Transparent shoulders revealing not-very-sexy bra strap. Going to produce mutton-dressed-as-lamb effect in anyone over the age of 20. Big neh. Mr. Ghost, you are losing your touch.

She needs to learn to pose so her knees don’t look so knobby.

That dress reminds me of a Tiffany lamp for some reason.
Anyway, she was in the movie "He's Just Not That Into You" and she played the chubby clingy girl who could never get a date. I like this look much better. She's hot.

Agree with you, La Lydia. First thing that hit me- ‘looks like garters’.
The dress makes the girl look dumpy.
The knobby knees are unattractive.

I’m with you LL. Very tasteless dress. And for her body style, not flattering. Of course the poor camera angle on the full-length shot enhances how unflattering the dress is on her.
Epic fail.

I think she’s kind of type-cast as the less-pretty girl. She was another chubby, dateless girl in Mona Lisa Smile (crappy movie) and the naggy, weepy ex-wife in Walk The Line (good movie).
To: Sacajaweau
Odd that she’s talking into her handbag, though.

I rather like it (both lamp and dress).
To: Tax-chick
She will be 32 in May. She may be best known for her role as Margene Heffman, the third wife of Bill Henrickson (played by Bill Paxton), on Big Love. I honestly don’t like her look in this picture, but it’s more about her hairstyle than her dress.

Horrible looking dress! It looks like she is wearing a funky slip backwards....Just dreadful!
To: Ro_Thunder; pissant
I looked in on the thread earlier. She’s cute, but looks like a lamp. Hottie? Not so sure. She looks like a little kid. I’d defer to pissant if he thought it was worthy.

Never heard of this girl, but the dress is ugly. Looks like something MO would wear. And doesn’t anyone teach these women how to stand properly? And why can’t they buy stockings?
