Plaintiffs demanded a jury, which the Trial Court disallowed and, following an evidentiary hearing, the Trial Judge found that Scott Moore should be removed from office, but held the petitioners were unsuccessful in their attempt to oust Paul Pinkston.

I think its been discredited because it came from Lucas Smith, but never proved to be a forgery.
So now we know the Doctor is real? Can we get his signature from other documents?
Yes it is. But I was just trying to point out, as some had the doctor in other countries or on the other side of Kenya at the time, that he did in fact live near that hospital and in fact was a neighbor of the Obama’s.
Intersting. I wonder where Obama’s younger brother, the one from China, was born. I suspect he was also born in Kenya.
