he's a democrat... they don't have to follow the law. You or I would have to have 4 different certified and notarized forms of identification in order to get anything done. Unless you are "connected" to the democrat party or are a family member of "the party". Like a Kennedy, Clinton, Boxer, Pelosi, Biden, et al.

Good luck finding out that this so called president is anything. Heck, we even know that Al Gore had a lower GPA than Bush, but we're never going to find out Barry Sotero's grades. Why? I don't understand this. If he "waived" (i.e., "renounced") all right to OPPOSE the disclosure, then he apparently would have nothing against his records being disclosed - and yet it goes on to say that it would be "unwarranted."

Am I misunderstanding something here?

Looks like the state of Hawaii is in a catch 22:

Barack Obama is using Hawaii law to protect his fraud.
