Letter announcing Hawaii Petitions hand-delivered to Governor Lingle

Governor Linda Lingle’s personal secretary received on Wednesday, a personal letter for the Governor, from the editor of this e-Newspaper, announcing the imminent arrival of thousands of letters of petition, demanding the release of Barack Hussein Obama II’s original vital records.

(part of petition):...WHEREAS, Barack Hussein Obama II, in releasing an electronic image of what purports to be a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007; has (1) claimed a British subject as a father, and (2) waived all right to oppose the disclosure of the originals on the grounds that such a disclosure would be “a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy”[92F-13(1)]; and,

WHEREAS, on July 27, 2009, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai’i Department of Health, publicly admitted that said department has in its possession “the original vital records of Barack Hussein Obama” — even though for nearly all U.S. Citizens there is only one original vital record — and furthermore since at the same time she claimed that he was a “natural-born American citizen” — a statement which seemingly both contradicts his claim that his father was Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr., and which does not specify his actual nationality, in a manner consistent with the terminology of 8 U.S. Code § 1401; and,

WHEREAS, the Hawai’i Uniform Information Practices Act specifies in 92F-12 that “each agency shall make available for public inspection and duplication … information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public” (subsections 1 & 15), such as is the above mentioned press release of Dr. Fukino....

Here’s hoping y’all get positive news coverage but that’s about as far as it will go. Certainly, the more media over this the more who might wake from their koolaid daze. However, a governor can’t open records the president has sealed.

he's a democrat... they don't have to follow the law. You or I would have to have 4 different certified and notarized forms of identification in order to get anything done. Unless you are "connected" to the democrat party or are a family member of "the party". Like a Kennedy, Clinton, Boxer, Pelosi, Biden, et al.

Good luck finding out that this so called president is anything. Heck, we even know that Al Gore had a lower GPA than Bush, but we're never going to find out Barry Sotero's grades. Why? Cause it will show that he was an affirmative action sharecropper that got to get a seat at the master's table cause he mouthed the right words and thinks the right things.

Now take for example Justice Thomas.... no way that he gets to skate by. Same for Thomas Sowell.

I don't understand this. If he "waived" (i.e., "renounced") all right to OPPOSE the disclosure, then he apparently would have nothing against his records being disclosed - and yet it goes on to say that it would be "unwarranted."

Am I misunderstanding something here?

Looks like the state of Hawaii is in a catch 22:
Hawaii Department of Health’s Fukino’s public statement that Barack Hussein Obama is a “Natural Born Citizen” can be legally challenged because of their refusal to release of all information used in making their public statement.

Barack Obama is using Hawaii law to protect his fraud.
